This fan features a textile design created by the Kyoto design unit "niwa," presenting a refreshing blue color that evokes the image of a water's edge. The single blue surface suggests a serene aquatic environment. While slightly smaller in size (approximately 20 cm), it generates a strong breeze effectively.

The fan is accompanied by a pouch with the same design, all delivered in an original package. Crafted by Kyo Minoya, a company founded in 1894, this fan is made using traditional craftsmanship in Kyoto. It is a fragrance-free paper fan.
