“Hakudō” is a Kyoto fan brand created by [Sanbu Senpo] and foil artisan Yoshito Yonehara.
The elegant and delicate foil processing is characteristic of Kyoto fans, while also being modern, making it suitable for users of all ages as a summer fan.
The fan surface paper is made from dyed Tosa washi, providing a texture that allows you to enjoy the unique qualities of washi paper.
The fan has a narrow width, and the ribs have a larger shape known as “tanji,” with a total of 45 ribs, which is more than typical designs.
The tanji shape allows for a wide opening and fits comfortably in the hand, making it easy to fan. Additionally, the flexibility of the ribs makes it easier to create airflow.
It comes with a fan pouch.
