Men's Summer Fan 'BAKI folding Fan' with Sky BAKI Pattern on a White Background ( Yamatake Senpo)

This is a Kyoto fan created in collaboration with Osaka-based artist BAKIBAKI. The entire surface features a “BAKI pattern” printed in a silk screen technique on a white pearl background. Combined with black-dyed ribs, the overall design maintains a sense of unity.

Compared to typical designs, this fan features a narrower surface width and a greater number of ribs—45 in total. Each rib has a larger shape known as “tanji”. The tanji shape opens widely and fits comfortably in the hand, making it easy to fan, and the flexibility of the ribs allows for a strong airflow.

Usage Precautions

• Please be cautious of moisture, as this product is made of paper and bamboo.
• When opening and closing, please do so slowly and carefully at first to avoid the possibility of the paper bending in the wrong direction. With use, the components will become accustomed to each other, allowing for smoother opening and closing.
• Please be careful of injuries in the case of breakage, such as bone fractures.
