Kurotani Washi Bag - Ocean

It is a sea-colored bag named Ocean.

The beautiful sea of Miyako Island remains in my memory. I dyed washi (Japanese paper) while imagining the scenery I saw. Colors were rapidly added to the high-quality Kozo washi, creating a sea-colored landscape on the washi. The handles have a resin core with washi paper glued on top.

The coating is made of a natural material called konnyaku glue.

It preserves the texture of the washi paper while providing reinforcement. It can be used in light rain, and just let it dry naturally after use.

It's not recommended to use it in heavy rain, but if it gets thoroughly wet, gently absorb the moisture, take out all the contents, and let it air dry naturally to prevent the washi paper from sticking together.

I've been using it in my daily life for about three years. The initial impression of tightness is gone and now seems to have softened a bit. Put it in a blue Tsukiyama Washi bag.

It will be packed in a bag made of Aosora Washi paper and delivered in a courier bag. This item is one of a kind.
